Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque ninguna de las explicaciones expuestas por el actor en el escrito de corrección, lograron superar las carencias argumentativas de los cargos que fueron advertidas en el auto inadmisorio.
Tras concluir que los argumentos planteados por el demandante no desvirtuaron las consideraciones que sustentaron el rechazo, la sala plena de la corporación decidió denegar el recurso impetrado.

- Primero. NEGAR el recurso de súplica presentado por Alfredo Forero Romero contra el auto del 7 de febrero de 2023 mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por dicho ciudadano en contra de los artículos 178 (parcial) del Decreto Ley 960 de 1970 y 2 (parcial) de la Ley 588 de 2000.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte, el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- Tercero. ARCHIVAR el expediente D-15088.
